Well, in light of everything that's been surrounding the football team lately, like this, all of this, oh and this, it's good to see somebody like Anthony Morelli making a list put together by Sports Illustrated. Ooops, it's for biggest disappointments this season. Sorry Morelli, just pretend it's the Michigan game, never happened.
SI rates Morelli as their #10 most disappointing college player this season, and it's hard to argue given the hype surrounding him and the team going into the season. And he seamed to play well in the beginning of the season, but as SI points out: "Morelli rampaged through the first three games of the season ... against Florida International, Notre Dame and Buffalo. But the senior signal-caller has been exposed since Penn State started Big Ten play."
Oh Anthony, where did it all go wrong? Don't you just wish you could turn back time and decide to go to Pitt instead? Yea, us too.
