So if you weren't hit by the monsoon today on campus--- beware!

Weather reports state that Gainesville residents have not seen the last of the torrential rain showers.  Expect even more rain over the weekend!  (Thanks, Weather.com)

To most Florida residents, those afternoon showers are as common as leaving an hour early to find a parking spot on campus.  But to me (one of the few "out-of-stater" gators)-- my hair cannot take rain storms everyday!

So words to wise:

1.  Leave that umbrella in the backpack.  Because with your luck, it will start pouring the minute you get out of class.

2.  Ladies- leave the white pants at home.  Honestly, they don't really flatter you anyway.

3.  If you continue to wear white pants, leave the granny panties at home.  Because when it rains, no one wants to see that VPL ("visible panty line" to you men out there).
