Florida safety and defensive captain, Tony Joiner was arrested this morning for attempting to steal his girlfriend's car out of a towing lot.
The car had been held overnight due to a $76 towing bill.
Why do so many talented athletes with million dollar futures let their girlfriends get them in trouble?
This story reminds OTR of Avery Atkins, the Florida cornerback with NFL talent who ended his UF career and eventually his life after a series of altercations with his girlfriend.
Of course, Joiner had to be a hero for his girlfriend by committing a felony just four days before the biggest game of the season.
Florida coach Urban Meyer will address the issue after practice today.
