Most guys would agree that they would love to get woken up with a little bit of sex. Well, be careful what you wish for.

A student living in Springs Residential Complex on campus filed a police report to UPD Detective Jeff Moran against his roommate who he said was performing a sexual act on him while he slept without his consent. The report also stated that the student admitted to forcing himself on his roommate and felt remorse for his actions. There are no details as to what the sexual act was but I’m sure we can all imagine the possibilities. 

The victim’s report led to the arrest of his roommate, who now faces sexual assault charges and as of Tuesday had been placed in custody at the Alachua County Jail and had not posted bail. State Attorney spokesman, Spencer Mann said that if he gets convicted, he could face 30 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. The 19 year old sophomore could also face expulsion from UF because of the felony conviction. I hope he’s at least removed from the dorms. 

A lot of people have horror stories about their roommates and living in the dorms, but damn. Kinda makes you appreciate that your roommate is just messy, doesn’t it? Don’t be afraid to show your appreciation…just not in THAT way.
