Why would anyone ever get into coke when instead they could eat delicious salty treats sponsored by their favorite rapper?
I mean, it sounds like a legitimate question to me.
I had never seen/heard of these since a coworker had a bag at work the other day. Apparently she swears by them. I believe the exact term used to describe them was "amazing."
And how could they not be? Honey Dew Cheese Curls touted by Yung Joc sound nothing short of spectacular.
The first description of them when you Google "rap snacks" sounds tasty too: various rapper based chip products. Kind of makes it sounds like they're made out of the rappers themselves, but I think I know what they're getting at.
Anyway. Apparently they sell these at the Big Lots in Bloomington, so I think I might have to make a trip out there and check them out for myself. i just find it amusing that music promotion has jumped from tee shirts, keychains and stickers to food products. But hey, if it's working for them, by all means keep at it boys. I'm sure Yung Joc wants to get back to his position as Forbes 20th wealthiest rapper, and if the market is in potato chips, then congrats for finding that niche.
