Our first test of the class. Let’s just say it was slightly harder than the quiz, with the definition of “harder” being it took more time because there were more questions. We had an hour to finish the test-I was done in 12 minutes. Eight of those minutes were spent trying to figure out how the person sitting next to me managed to put on two different shoes without noticing.

In the second half of class, Mrs. Ms. Smith went on a tirade about how much cell phones are ruining the world and how nobody should use them. While we clearly should have let our unbelievably crazy teacher just continue ranting, we knew we all had to take a stand. Of course, this just led to more ranting from

Mrs. Ms. Smith and she completely lost her cool over society's overreliance on cell phones.

Of course, as if we were in a movie, a cell phone goes off literally two minutes later. I’ve never seen a girl look more horrified in my life and I’ve never laughed harder. Mrs. Ms. Smith actually kicked her out of class. Who gets kicked out of class in summer school? What do you even do at that point?
