This means, most importantly, that Cal won't be facing him unless some sort of miracle occurs--i.e., Cal actually gets into a decent bowl game. Without Hawkins, Jackson, Forsett, and Jordan, however, it looks like the Las Vegas Bowl may be a stretch.
