Apparently, Pomona decided to comply with US News to snag that coveted-ass top ten ranking, despite the growing anti-rankings coalition. Colder still, The Ox just tossed off a backhanded "F-you" to said coalition, saying, "The list isn't perfect but it isn't totally evil either".

Which is about as cold-hearted a diss as we're gonna hear out of the mouth of any president of a small, liberal arts college.
