Here are a few things to keep in mind when sitting in a lecture. The following might possibly be based upon a lecture that occurred yesterday in Lynn Hall:

1. Mute your cell phone. Not just the ringer, ALL sounds (especially text messages). Yes, it only beeps once, but that's still 372 beeps over the course of the lecture.

2. If you're talking in whispers, we can all still hear you. Mostly because you're the only two people in the entire room talking in whispers.

3. Go buy some cough drops.

4. You may know some random tidbit of information that the professor forgot to mention. Nobody cares.

5. Giggling and batting your eyes at the professor every time he walks by is repulsive. Especially if you're 100 pounds overweight and 30 years younger than him.
