Copper Closes with a Bang

For many the poor college student, the Copper/Winter Park pass was the way to go this season, for the main reason that students can stalk each other until they find someone with a Wells Fargo bank account and team up to get the pass at a two-for-one price.  Sadly, it was closing day this past Sunday and Copper was far more packed then any other day of the season.   The Superbee lift shown, exhibited a single's line that could rival Washington's bar Thursday night line.  Colorado held true to its weird weather ways and gave the closing weekend skiers below freezing and snowy conditions on Saturday changing to a balmy, sunny day on Sunday.
