You can’t make this stuff up. The title of this post is the caption of an MSNBC story that involves the most ironic interview of all time starring my one true love, Sarah Palin. Oh, how I’ve missed her antics.
The story is this. Palin went to some turkey farm to give an interview, and there was some sort of “turkey pardoning ceremony” where she spared some turkey from getting offed. Very cute. Now, when she went outside, she started to answer some questions from reporters, but apparently did not realize that there was an active turkey butchering machine right behind her.
It’s probably one of the best all time Palin moments, and will most definitely make your day. Unless you’re in PETA.

Stumble It

If you want to eat something that was alive like that, you should probably have killed it yourself. Otherwise you're just making "Joe" do it, take some responsibility ... if you are going to take a life, do it but don't pay someone else to take responsibility for you. The reason this is so funny is because politicians who know what they are doing are sensitive to how their actions may be interpreted by other people, even if they see nothing wrong with it. Palin is completely oblivious. Posted 12/08/2008 11:52 PMReply
