Maybe We Can't Beat Michigan. But Conway Elementary School ... Suck It!
For the second time this year the Collegiate Licensing Company, which handles trademarks for collegiate teams, has decided a school has infringed on the Penn State logo. Earlier this year it was Robert L. Patton High School in Morganton, North Carolina. Now the culprit is Conway Elementary School in Virginia. See, kids these days just get worse at a younger age.

Apparently worried that people might confuse little Conway Elementary with PSU, the CLC has stepped in and asked Conway to sell all their remaining merchandise with the similar logo, and not to order any more. But the CLC does have a heart, sort of. They're not making Conway dig up their time capsule which has the logo emblazened on it ... YET!

So, here's to you Penn State. Don't let those bastards steal any money that might be coming your way. The administration does that enough with tuition.
