Now You Can Get Drunk AT Quickie Burger, Not Just Before

Well, the beer in her hand finally makes sense.

The Ann Arbor City Council voted 8-3 the other day to give Quickie Burger a liquor license. For those of you who don’t know, Quickie Burger is the awesome burger place on the corner or State and Hill that I wish had opened four years ago instead of one and a half.

You might remember them for getting shit from LGBT about their sign which offended them in five different ways including that it was a women riding a burger, there was “Quickie” in the title and the woman’s hair appeared to be on fire. God I miss you LGBTQRSPX.

I had heard rumors they were struggling right before I left, so it’s good to hear this news that will hopefully increase business for them. I mean seriously, they have literally almost every other food or drink item you can order, so why not alcohol? I just don’t know where they’re going to store it all in that tiny ass place, and there’s not exactly much room to drink in the winter with the patio buried under snow.

So cheers Quickie Burger, when I’m in town for Thanksgiving I’ll stop by and have a round.

Quickie Burger is awful...I'm very disappointed they got the liquor license, it will probably keep them in business, because who doesn't want a beer and a disgusting hamburger when they're drinking?

Anyways, hope they fail, if I get a chance at that location within the next few years, I'm going to jump on it.
