Players Nite Club To Become Indigo?
Indigo is the color on the electromagnetic spectrum between about 450 and 420 nm in wavelength, placing it between blue and violet. Color scientists do not usually recognize indigo as a significant color category, and generally classify wavelengths shorter than about 450 nm as violet.

Walking around downtown State College today, taking advantage of this unseasonably warm weather, we couldn't help but notice that there will be a change in Penn State night life this semester. It looks like Players Nite Club has closed up shop and will be reopening as Indigo at some point during the spring semester.

We actually did some real reporting for this post. Makes us feel like an actual journalist. First we took a picture of the actual establishment, instead of say taking a picture from a google search of Players and painting it purple or something. Indigo is purple right? Phone calls to Players went unanswered and there is no indication on their horrible website that a change is in the works.

But, the doors leading down to Players are covered in paper, and the sign shown above shows that the new club will be hiring new doorstaff, cocktail servers (oooh, classy) and support staff during open interviews next Monday and Tuesday.

So, does this mean that all the former employees of Players are fired? Hope they knew about that before they went home for winter break. If not, good luck finding a job when you get back.
