Power Outage Drives Students Crazy

Power Outage Drives Students Crazy
Last night everyone was taken by surprise around 8:45 PM when almost the entire residential area was out of electric. Some street lights worked while others were out. When contacting the electric company, they said they were working to fix the problem and it would be fixed before midnight.

While some students simply ignored the inconvenience, others took to the street. Out R Inn was completely packed and any place with power was fully utilized. Campus Corner, one of the few convenience stores open, was completely cleaned out of beer by 10 PM. Students east of High St near Summit took it into their own hands to provide everyone with fireworks and a good show. 15th was packed with people boozing and playing cornhole.

But around 11 PM the power came back and everyone returned to their normal routines. Conveniently the power outage ended just in time so people could buy football tickets, a process that took a while if you were at the end of the line.
