Ty Lawson was arrested for drinking and driving early in the morning on June 5 in Chapel Hill.  Although he was taken into custody, he has been released and has a court date set for July 8.  I don't know about Ty, but if I got picked up by the cops the first thing I'd want to do is drop out of the NBA draft and play a few more years at UNC.  Just sayin'.
