UW Concert Choir Seduces for You this Valentine's Day...Not So Much
The UW-Madison Concert Choir is going all barbershop quartet on that ass this Valentine's Day.  UW students can send singing Valentine's to friends, family (who does that?) or significant others on the 14th.

Unfortunately the song selection leaves something to be desired.  The choices are:
--  “When I’m 64” by The Beatles
-- “‘S Wonderful” by some Gershwin fellow
-- “My True Love Hath My Heart”
-- “Annie Laurie”

Huh?  They do know their core audience is beer-bonging college students, right?  They'd be far better off going for comic effect with a selection more along the likes of:

-- "Bump 'N Grind," or perhaps "You Remind Me of My Jeep," swoon!
-- "Put "Em On the Glass" - you never know, they just might be persuaded by this sonic gem
-- "Wait (The Whisper Song)"
-- some Boyz II Men - because why the hell not, some '90s nostalgia never hurt anyone, and they were a quartet after all

In-person Valentines are $19 for students, and Phone Valentines are $10.
Singing requests should be ordered by 6 p.m. on Feb. 13. at  UWvalentine@gmail.com.  More info here.
