Just last week, we told you about our Gator girl who might become one of the Girls Next Door. Well, this week more UF playmates are making headlines in our small town.

This Saturday, former UF student Lauren Anderson, along with fellow Playboy playmate, Stacey Fuson, were on University Ave. promoting their 2009 swimsuit calendar. They set up a makeshift outdoor bar outside LAE Tanning & Boutique which Anderson owns.

They were also promoting Foxxy News, an online news service created two years ago by Lauren Anderson Entertainment (LAE) that features Playboy Playmates as the news anchors. Anderson is the main sports anchor. UF really knows how to produce those business-savvy bunnies.

Anderson, who has lived in Gainesville most of her life has some kind words about the city:
"Here it's just a small town where we say 'Go Gators.' I'm definitely more comfortable here."
