UNC has a scholarship in honor of Doug Clark and the Hot Nuts, also known as Doug Clark and his Hot Nuts.

Rest assured, the pun on “Hot Nuts” is intentional. Hits of the band include “He’s Got the Whole World by the Balls” and “Baby Let Me Bang Your Box.”

Yes, we have a scholarship in honor of that band. Kind of makes one proud to be a Chapel Hillian.
