Some goofy 18-year-old hit a parked car on Worley a few days ago with such force that he left his car's license plate embedded in the other car. And then he drove away. I mean- of all the evidence to leave behind- could there be a more damning piece?

It doesn't really surprise me that this happened on Worley, because I don't know about you- but in my mind Worley's the most dangerous street in Columbia. There's QuikCashes with their bulletproof teller windows, and thrift stores, and you know that brown, falling-apart house on the corner that reminds you of the house where Jenny grew up in Forrest Gump?
