Improv Everywhere is a New York City-based group of informal pranksters whose public displays of "chaos and joy" have been documented on countless news shows, borrowed by popular television programs and repeated in other cities throughout the world (just Google "no pants 2k8").
Back in 2002, IE was barely a twinkle in the eye of its creator, Charlie Todd, when he and some friends came to Chapel Hill to give out free "mixed drinks" to students. Posing as brothers from the budding fraternity "Tri-Om," they gave the booze to passing students as an incentive to rush and join them in their "house" -- aka Morrison.
Read their mission report and decide if you know someone who would have been duped. Like maybe Professor Tom Tweed, pictured above? (The Moese didn't even notice!)
