By now you've seen Gladiator 34987329824 times (or, if you're like me, you've seen the same three clips of Gladiator that many times) and you want to do everything Maximus Decimus Meridius does (or, if you're like my brother, you want to change your name to Maximus Decimus Meridius...but that's another story).  Well, come 2009, you can almost be just like your hero!

In the Fall of 2009, Rome will be bringing back chariot racing (nope, sorry, they will not be bringing back Coliseum death matches with tigers).  One promoter claims that chariot racers from around the world will compete...but no one really know what he's talking about since chariot racing kinda died out with the Roman Empire.  Oh well, minor detail.
