Applying to colleges like Williams is hard enough but when you're a child prodigy navigating the college application process becomes even more difficult. Child prodigy Colin Carlson, who is only 12 years old, applied to many schools last Fall and was admitted to Connecticut College with one stipulation - he couldn't live in a dorm. What's the college experience without drunken weekends, random hookups, and living in a space the size of a walk in closet?

Colin also applied to other small liberal arts colleges including Williams although along with his rejection letter he received a letter from an unspecified dean telling him to "not get ahead of himself" so it looks like we won't be having an child prodigies in future incoming classes for the foreseeable future. Oh well.
