Good job Mike Easley on appointing a gay judge to the second highest appeals court in the state.

Many people in Chapel Hill have wanted a gay judge for a while, if for no other reason than to give Billy Graham massive heart failure.

Can you imagine his reaction, or any bigot's for that matter, if he were hauled into court for something he did in NC, and actually had to deal with the fact that a gay judge was helping to decide in his ultimate fate?

Bet you didn't see that one coming, Billy. And you thought Thurgood Marshall was upsetting.
