Tyler Hansbrough, three-time All America and National Player of the Year '08, has been sidelined indefinitely with a "stress reaction" in his right leg.
As UNC students begin to panic at the potential loss of a key member of our basketball team, the real question is what exactly is a stress reaction? Are we talking stress fracture? Shin splints? These are some important details.
Whatever the injury is though, hopefully Hansbrough will be back on the court soon.
Update: Hansbrough will be out for the next two weeks and will then be reevaluated, but doctors have already stated that he does not have a stress fracture. In related news, UNC basketball fans are able to breath again.
