I have just been informed, by way of one of the many fliers posted in Greenlaw advertising for things that have already happened, that my boy Juan Huevos was not the only musician to be overshadowed by the last day of classes partying. Brendan James (an alumni, by the way, of this very university) played at the West End Wine Bar! Brendan James! At that tiny, upscale place on West Franklin! He is way too good and has way to many myspace friends to play somewhere so small. It’s like that time Death Cab played at the Cradle.
