At this year's "Miss Exotic World Pageant," an anual strip-tease competition, everyone was talking about the great "underboob scandal" (well, among other things, I would assume...there's probably a lot to talk about at a "Miss Exotic World Pageant"). The underboob, for those not familiar, is the part of the boob from the nipple down.
Due to licensing issues at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas, contestants in the pageant were not allowed to show their underboobs. In fact, it was considered illegal.
