UNC's own campus radio station, WXYC, is nominated for the mtvU College Radio Woodie Award. WXYC is up against WUTK (University of Tennessee), WRAS (Georgia State University), WEGL (Auburn University), and WWVU (West Virginia University), in the South East semi-final round of voting.
Anyone can vote between now and November 7. Other categories at the Woodies are:
- Woodie of the Year
- Best Video Woodie
- Breaking Woodie
- Good Woodie
- Left Field Woodie
- Performing Woodie
- Best Music on Campus
You can vote as many times as you want, so keep voting for WXYC!
The Woodies will air here on November 19.
