Beer pong four nights a week doesn’t treat the body well, so take advantage of the summer to work off the muffin top. Gyms can be intimidating if you’re not rocking the right body. Luck for us, most people work out on a strict schedule. Check to make sure you’re sweating with the right crowd.
WARNING: To avoid the saggy boobs, varicose veins prancing in the locker room don’t come 10 minutes past any hour before 4 p.m. This is usually when seniors are leaving their group fitness classes and frequenting the showers.
7 a.m. -9 a.m. The corporate studs with hot bodies
25-35 years old. Business majors working their way up the corporate ladder. Hot, sure but too often the protein shakes and yogalatis inflate these egos a little too high.
10 a.m.- 12 a.m. The mommy and me crowd
No milfs, these usually are part of the corporate morning bunch. However amongst the young moms, you will find future trophy wives including ex-cheerleaders and dance team members running in their sports bras and matching booty shorts.
12 a.m. – 2 p.m.- Overweight channel surfers looking to get in shape
Nothing good is ever on from 12-2 so they utilize this downtime to work up a sweat. If you’re feeling a little self-conscious of your love handles, this is the best time to come.
2 p.m. – 4 p.m. Unemployed high school jocks, college guys and a lonely bachelors
To many it may seem late in the day, but for these guys the day is just starting.
4 p.m.-6p.m. The beginning of the after work crowd
Over worked people trying to work off the donut they ate in the break room to make the 9-5 drag a little more eventful. High stress, little eye candy.
6 p.m. – 8p.m.- Last half of the after work crowd
Some hotties could be mixed in, but you’d have better luck at a bar.
8 p.m. – 10: p.m.- Loners with no life
These people might be physically attractive, but when you get closer you see that there is a reason why they spend their nights at the gym.
