Play of the Day: Buzzer Beater of the Year

This simply must be seen to believed. No it's not your typical NBA Jam 100 foot across the court shot we've seen dozens of times. It's a truly unique buzzer beater that looks more like something out of a trick shot video. Here's the backstory:

 

OHSSE video of Guthrie (OK) basketball player Donte' Foster hitting a buzzer beating 3-pointer against Midwest City high school in a tournament at Carl Albert at the end of the 1st quarter. There was .5 on the clock when the ball was taken out of bounds. Foster is one of the state's top basketball AND football players.

 

So it wasn't just luck? The kid really is that good? If you say so, but I doubt even MJ could hit that kind of shot in repetition. Hopefully this helps his chances of being voting Snowcoming King.
