OK, you OTR tipsters are cray-cray! First we got a tip about Jessie Della Femina, the fashion designer featured on Go Fug Yourself. She's hot, but made a sartorial misstep!
Just twenty minutes later, another little birdie told us that yet another Penn student was featured on Flypaper, the Bluefly.com blog! "Jackie B" is 20 and wears lotz of Balenciaga, it seems. You kids are quick.

Lord! Who said Ivy League girls weren't hot? Those glasses up the shag factor even more.
