Any coke-snorting Penn chica knows that Locust Walk = catwalk. It's always fun to see Penn's glitterati trip (and fall) over the central walkway's cobblestone. And when girls wear Ugg boots with miniskirts? Those Eski-hos are such a faux pas!

Seems Penn student-cum-"fashion designer" Jessie Della Femina, the spoiled rich girl, er, daughter of fashion maestra Judy Licht, has taken her fashion forebears on step further. She's featured on Go Fug Yourself!

Gotta agree with the Go Fug Yourself gals -- that dress looks like bargain basement American Apparel. (Sorry, Jessie! Don't kill us!) But she's kinda hot!
