On Friday, November 14th, Boston University Men's basketball will enter its 100th season. I don't know about any of you, but so far, I've only been privy to two seasons of streaky play. This seems to be the general theme among the men's athletic program at BU.
Anyway, for the second year in a row, we are being ranked in America's East's top spot for the second year in a row.
6'2" Junior Corey Lowe has been voted to the all-conference preseason team. Additionally, Tyler Morris and John Holland will be returning at full health. With all of this good fortune, we've managed to beat out Vermont for the top spot.
On Friday night Agganis, BU opens the season against George Washington University--a team that's become somewhat of an out of conference rivalry.
Unfortunately, I will be working on Friday night but if you're around the campus, get yourself to Agganis for the game, which is slated to tip off at 7 P.M.
