The Best & Worst of the 2008 ESPYs
Danica Patrick gives the male racecar drivers something to chase while on the track.Candace Parker learned how to dress like a lady from the Tennessee Lady Vols.Former University of Arizona Wildcat, Annika Sörenstam, gives the younger generation a sense of style to admire.Santa Clara alum, Steve Nash, looks spiffy in a grey suit.Venus Williams shows you don't need a college education to know how to look this good.Cleveland Browns' Braylon Edwards not working the red carpet.Surfer girl Hannah Cornett is a questionable entry, looking hot in a perfectly shaped body in a shapeless dress.Cristiano Ronaldo makes the bottom with his choice of crutches; a cane or underarm crutch would have sufficed--anything that doesn't make the Portuguese soccer player look like a paraplegic.USC alumna Lisa Leslie needs some fashion tips from the sorority girls on "The Row."UCLA Bruin Russell Westbrook wearing a suit jacket two sizes too big.

Just because male and female athletes tend to be big, sweaty and husky doesn't mean that they can't clean up nicely. (If you think about it, they do have some of the best bodies).  (who really have no reason to be there but to get dressed up, look pretty, and party). This year, the sports stars showed up musicians and actors on the red carpet with their toned, muscular, hot bods; and they even had quite a sense of style. Who knew?

Best Dressed: David & Victoria Beckham, the best of both worlds (sports and entertainment). These Brits have an elegant look that college students should not only envy, but try to replicate.

Honorable Mentions: female auto racing driver Danica Patrick, former Tennessee basketball player Candace Parker, Swedish golfer Annika Sörenstam, former Santa Clara University basketball player Steve Nash, and (surprisingly) world-renowned tennis player Venus Williams

Worst Dressed: Braylon Edwards. I don't know what kind of hip and edgy look he's trying to pull off, but it's not happening for me. Let's hope he doesn't get his fashion sense from alma mater, University of Michigan.

Honorable Mentions: surfer girl Hannah Cornett, international soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo, former USC basketball player Lisa Leslie, and UCLA basketball player Russell Westbrook.
