HOYA

Yell out a 'hoya!' when you drink this cocktail.

2 oz gin
3 oz ginger ale
1 oz orange juice
1 slice orange

Measure ice into a cocktail shaker using a highball glass. Add gin and orange juice. Shake well. Pour contents of shaker into highball glass. Add ginger ale and garnish with an orange slice.

 

'SAXA'PPEAL

Pair this with the hoya above and get 'Hoya SaxA'ppeal

1/2 oz white rum
1/2 oz coconut rum
1/2 oz melon liqueur
1/2 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
fill with sweet and sour mix
1 splash lemonade
1 lemon

Mix white rum, coconut rum, melon, peach and Blue Curacao in a mixing tin with the sour mix. Pour into a collins glass with ice and add a dash of lemonade. Garnish with lemon squeeze.

 

JACKBULL

In honor of Jack the Bulldog, everyone's favorite mascot.

2 parts Jack Daniel's® Tennessee whiskey
3 parts Red Bull® energy drink
2 - 3 drops lime juice

Mix, pour into an old-fashioned glass over three ice cubes, and serve.

 

INTERNATIONAL AFFAIR

A tribute to the college's renowned foreign service school.

3 oz Alize® liqueur
1 1/2 oz Courvoisier® cognac
1 1/2 oz Damiana® herbal liqueur

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into glass.

 

ULTIMATE BLUE FROZEN MARGARITA

Bleed Georgetown's true colors with blue on your lips...

3 oz tequila
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
2 oz lime juice
1 cup ice

Pour ingredients into a blender, over the ice, in order listed. Blend on "high" for a few seconds until drink has a consistency a bit icier than a slurpee. Take lime wedge and run it over the edges of the margarita glass, then, upturned, place the wetted rims into coarse salt. Pour the now ready margarita into the now salted glasses and serve.


GALWAY GRAY

...and gray on your tongue.

1 1/2 oz vodka
1 oz white creme de cacao
1 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
1/2 oz lime juice
light cream

Stir all ingredients (except cream) together, and pour into a cocktail glass. Float fresh light cream on top, sprinkle with grated orange peel, and serve.
