This year's Best of Berkeley results are out, and guess what? Berkeley OTR didn't win!

If you're wondering why there's an exclamation point instead of a sad face, it's because we did pull off an Editors' Pick for Best Blog, with the Daily Clog taking the actual award. I was sad for about two seconds until I realized what this really meant: Yeah, the Clog won the popular vote, but Berkeley OTR won the the hearts of those that really matter, namely, the Clog's editors. In the grand scheme of things, it's pretty much comparable to the difference between a People's Choice Award and an Oscar. Only more important and meaningful.

So, Daily Clog, you go ahead and hang up your (virtual?) Best of Berkeley 2008 certificate for all the unwashed masses to admire. Your parents love us more, and we don't even make them any advertising dollars.
