It appears that, besides the craziness that was the Michigan game, Wisconsin fans are actually becoming more civilized.

According to the UW officials quoted in the Badger Herald, Chancellor Wiley has actually been pretty happy with how the crowd has acted this football season.

Never a big fan of this infamous chant, Wiley nonetheless admitted that, while 'incidents' will always be a part of Badger football, both their frequency and severity have decreased in recent years.

They still seem to be everywhere a Madisonian turns, however.  Nothing quite like watching 30somethings yell "****" at an old couple in rival gear.  Nothing, indeed.
