"Pooooooooooooke!"Perhaps I'm easily amused. Perhaps I'm just a fan of British humor. Maybe it's my slight disdain of Facebook. Whatever the reason, I thought I'd share this funny Facebook parody by U.K. comedy group Idiots of Ants.
Ever get a random friend request from someone you apparently know somehow but don't remember? Or from that kid that used to eat all the paste in 2nd grade? Or as in this video, some douchebag from middle school?
While I'm on the subject of Facebook, I'm curious, am I the last person on earth to not worship at the Facebook altar? I don't hate it--I have a profile with only the movie info filled out (I couldn't bring myself to proceed) that I only check when I get an e-mail update--I just don't really get its obsessive allure. And why do people want everyone to know every single thing about them? Or to post pictures of every waking moment of their lives? People who post pictures to Facebook do not irk me, though, it's the people who take pictures for the sole purpose of posting them to their profile.
And if I ever take a picture of myself just for my profile with a slight angle just perfect enough to create just the right amount of aloofness/coolness or type something like "just hangin' with the chicas" as a status update, shoot me.
Perhaps it's just me. I digress. "Status update: Todd is poking Eddie's mom and he's showing her the picture of the puke and the piss." Hilarious.
