After a rough couple of weeks of hazing allegations, feces showers and devastating fires, the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity announced plans to rebuild their Langdon street  house.

The building sustained about $750,000 in damage in the May 12 late night blaze, which is still under investigation but likely started in the dumpster behind the frat.  The charred house will be torn down this summer and the new house will be built in its place over a minimum of two years.

Sigma Phi Epsilon is the largest frat on campus with over 120 members.  The brothers have already secured “fraternity-like” housing on Langdon Street for the 2008-’09 school year.
