Just like any other drug addiction that seems impossible to kick, reality T.V. takes over most of my life and I’m not just referring to the late night re-runs. I can never seem to get enough of Audrina Patridge’s sad face or the fact that I am slightly turned on by the overly tanned Bret Michaels. Any way they serve them, I am obsessed with anything and everything that is reality T.V. Though most are terrified to admit that they secretly wish they were a girl next door or could live in the OC with Lauri & Jeana, I’m here to show my support for those who bare it all on the little screen as we get ample opportunities to scrutinize their every move. These shows may not be educational, but the stars of these shows are certainly looking good enough to make me want to sit down and take notes.

1. Rock of Love Charm School:
These girls may have no manners and missing certain parts of the brain, but they provide great T.V. as each episode shows us how girls behaving badly certain has its charm.

2. Top Chef Season 5:
The contestants on this season of Top Chef make grease stained aprons and overtired eyes look good. Though Team Rainbow is slowly diminishing, we’ve still got the adorable Jamie who is part lovable and part lesbian to keep admirers satisfied.

3. The Real Housewives of Orange County:
The women of the OC do really have the bling, the bodies and the boobs in a county full of the best implants on the planet. With an overdose of bleach blond beauties and spoiled children, it’s no wonder the show is so addicting to watch as well as a wake up call for how lucky you are that your own mother doesn’t look like them.

4. Million Dollar Listing:
Finally, a show that shows the cat fights that take place between men. Though at times they act more like bitches than real estate agents, I can never seem to get enough of Madison or Josh in their overpriced suits and expensive rides.

5. The Hills:
The theme song may be that “the rest is still unwritten” but do not be discouraged. The rest is most likely already written, considering the Hills gives a new meaning to what reality really is. Though the perfect dialogue and sappy moments are cause for serious gaggage, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to give it up.

6. Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew:
If the battle wounds, crazy antics, and drugged up nonsense is too much to handle, keep your eye on the prize. Sean Stuart may be a drug addict with family issues, but I didn’t seem to mind watching him jump in the ocean on a crazy rant topless.

7. A Double Shot at Love:
They may have replaced Tila Tequila, but they did not replace the trash. Rikki and Vikki, the new stars of the Shot at Love game, will be fighting to end up with a true winner. How ever will they choose between the cracked out lesbian and Guido King?

8. Paris Hilton is my New BFF:
She may rock the “that’s hot” motto, but she is anything but. Her sprawled out interviews into the camera make me want to barf and be thankful for my size 8 shoe size.

9. Life of Ryan:
Did I mention the bling, the bodies and the boobs? Ryan’s ears have the bling, he has shirtless surf buddies, and his mom Gretchen is providing enough boob to give the OC something to talk about.

10. The Girls Next Door:
Holly, Bridget and Kendra are like the new Charlie’s Angeles of reality television. They may not be able to give ample amounts of ass, but they have definitely seen ample amounts of ass running around the mansion
