Well the OSU officials will be pleasantly surprised to find out that our former monkey test cases can't sue us. Yay! Let's throw a cosmetic research party!

This news comes from Texas Appeals Court (seemingly the only place that could have this kind of trial). Apparently some tree-humpers were trying to represent the former OSU monkeys in an attempt to sue OSU for its "wrong-doing".

Luckily OSU found a sensible, smart, even-keeled Texas judge (oxymoron?). Maybe he just had more retards to fry this week.
