Segway Catches On

Dean Kamen, inventor of Segway, would be so proud to see that his futuristic personal transporter is seen in a city such as New Brunswick. Despite all the buzz insisting that Segways will replace bikes and cars in the future, it hasn't even gained more popularity than scooters. Though its way to the mainstream is long, it is clearly becoming more and more accepted, as it is shown locked up next to bicycles as if it is just as ordinary.

It could be a while before people like me stop taking pictures of it when they see Segways about, but perhaps one day everyone in Rutgers will make it to class on time because they Segwayed (is that a word?) to class instead of taking the bus.
