ABC Cafe, C-Town's famous eatery/music venue is on the verge of leaving the Ithaca scene for good, and is in desperate need of fast cash. The Cafe is reaching out to investors on reputable community website craigslist, more famous for don't-ask-don't tell casual sex and cheap futons than reliable investment opportunities.

The owner is looking for somone with a business background as his "experrtise lies in kitchen work and physical maintainence(sic) of cafe." Sounds like an opportunity for an AEM major who doesn't want to get a job before grad school. Somone call Pedro Perez. 

This is, like, an awesome opportunity. Partial ownership of a failing non-Starbucks local coffee shop in a highly competitive, rabidly anti-business market. (BTW, the motion to stifle all development in C-Town passed unanimously.)

The ABC Cafe, located next to the famous Chapter House, serves delicious pastries (Tofu Cheesecake), tea, coffee and a refreshing rotation of live music. If the line at Carriage House is really, really long, I reccomend it for a weekend morning-after date.
