Since when does winning third place mean you get a certificate for first place?

It doesn't, but apparently Rendezvous tattoo parlor thinks they can get away with hanging a false first place certificate in place of the third place one they received. As you can guess, the real first place winners aren't too happy about this.

Nice try, Rendezvous, but Ancient Art has been number one for about 10 years.
