It seemed a little early for people to dress up like Santa and solicit loose change on the corner, and if you look closer at the curious fake-bearded man in red on College Ave, it's actually just advertising for the Halloween costume sale on Hamilton Street.

Dressing up for the wrong holiday definitely garnered him a lot of attention from onlookers, but I bet more people would pay attention if it was someone in a more revealing or suggestive costume, particularly when most of the costumes being sold are of that nature.
