From the alums who brought NYC the Freegan Fashion Show comes Surreal Estate, a new community space planned for 15 Thames Street in Brooklyn, NY. The project includes several recent alums of Wesleyan.

SURREAL ESTATE is an up-and-coming, collectively operated community space and events venue in the Bushwick/E.Williamsburgh Industrial Park area. Once we're fully operational, we hope to offer lots of community events, parties, gallery space for exhibiting artists, a free reading library and cafe, by-donation classes, skill shares, and workshops. We hope to produce a dynamic and creative space that embraces experimentation in many forms while maintaining a down-to-earth, friendly, and welcoming environment.
