Police officials are pondering how they will bring a half ton woman to a trial and, if convicted, put the woman behind bars. Unfortunately the bedridden woman cannot be removed from her house due to her obesity and need for constant medical attention.

The woman is being accused of killing her two year old nephew by beating the child into injury leading to his death. She has been charged with capital murder.

They say the child had been struck at least twice, crushing the infants head.

The woman is not in custody until they can figure out how to get her into a biggest court in the county.
