Living in New York City during the summer, you couldn't help but run into those sexy "Gossip Girl" brats. Not only were the actors out and about like the crazy party animals they portray on TV (Blake Lively and Penn Badgley holding hands in Soho, Chace Crawford at the MGMT concert... and at the shiteous club Cielo... on gay night?!?), but the show likes to shoot on location throughout the city a la "Sex and the City" and "The Hills" to give the scenes a hint of realism.

But nothing could prepare me for this "Gossip Girl" close encounter. While celebrating my last weekend in New York at a rock club in the Lower East Side, I happened to stumble upon THIS!
