Alicia Sacramone may have cost the U.S. Gymnastics team the gold medal yesterday, but she is drop-dead gorgeous, which is all that matters in a “hot student” post. Right?

Therefore, instead of droning on and on about the 20-year-old Brown student’s impressive gymnastics career, I will keep this brief, so that everyone can get to ogling the pretty pictures.

Over the course of her four-year-long "senior" career, Alicia has racked up an impressive amount of medals, trophies and other accolades from various national and international competitions.

When she’s at her best, Alicia is a tour de force, capable of defeating even the most seasoned of veterans (i.e. Monica Rosu in the 2004 World Cup Finals). But, when she’s not, she falls flat [Pun intended].

Despite her occasional shortcomings, Alicia Sacramone is still one of the most beautiful heaven-sent angels to ever grace the sport.

I love you, Alicia.

@ Anonymous: in all honesty I believe you just proved that that infact describes yourself. For goodness sakes people.. she is still a very young adult and I bet none of you could even come close to doing any of the routines she did. She may have let nerves get to her but oh well.. its a game.. and she was not the only mistake. That by NO MEANS makes her a disgrace.. I disagree.....If she was on target the team wouldnt of felt the pressure and they would of gotton the gold. She choked and I think Nastia and Shawn would of gooten better scores. And anyways the news if just trying to not point the finger at alica but if she would of gottn her known score on bean and floor we would of won the gold.... I wish I knew how to email her an encourage her. She and her team won Silver medals, for goodness sake! So she made some mistakes. How many gymnasts are even good enough to GO to the Olympics, and then Alicia and the U.S. team beat everyone but the Chinese! They didn't LOSE, they WON Silver medals. My heart really went out to her as she tried so hard to hold back her tears and stay focused. I for one felt sorry for her. I think she's a very strong person and she will bounce back from this. She's a fierce competitor, and before people say she "cost her team the gold" keep in mind how long & hard her & the entire team have trained just to get to the Olympics, which is a HUGE privilege in itself. Alicia Sacramone is really a BEAUTIFUL, talented, great gal. Actually too, Nastia and Shawn and all the rest on the USA team are great and did outstanding, truly a joy to see them perform -- and ALL are very cute - speaking from a guy's point of view.
In particular though, for my taste and heart, Alicia Sacramone is really amazing and captivating in many ways. Those big beautiful brown eyes are truly wonderful to me. She has such a nice shapely "woman's build" - something often not so common with women in her sport. All guys who have seen her know what I'm talking about -- she has just a captivating, strong, sexy, feminine appeal and presence; and she looks like such a nice and intelligent, gentle-natured woman... Any guy would really be lucky.
Of course, I'm kinda partial to gymnasts, as their sport requires such astounding ability, strength, athleticism and devotion -- they are truly in the best shape a person can be in, athletically and strength-wise. I am a guy who has always enjoyed gymnastics and gymnastic-oriented exercises, so I really appreciate their ability.
So, naturally, if a totally GORGEOUS female gymnast like Alicia is in front of me, she is bound to capture my heart...
