*DISCLAIMER* what I meant by “don’t do this if you’re a beginner” was that if you are just starting out trying to be healthy and workout, don’t dive into my routine. I was addressing the people who are beginning their journey completely new with no other experience. My workout of course will not be hard for people who are already healthy and fit (& play sports or do other things), so props to you all! I just wanted to put that out there π

Workout Routine:
– 20 minutes on treadmill @ 15 incline and 3.7 mph
– 10 minutes on elliptical @ level 10
(for all machines – 15 reps and 3 sets)
– leg press @ 85lbs
– leg curl @ 70lbs
– arm machines where you push, pull, and tricep push @ 30lbs
– workout for “ab day” or “leg day” for 30 minutes
